GENERAL
✦You are allowed to share the artwork on your social media platforms.
✦If you decide to post the artwork on your social media, please provide credit to me.PAYMENTS
✦I will only commence working on your commission once payment has been received and you have agreed to the Terms of Service.
✦All payments must be made prior to me starting work. Either 50% or 100% upfront.
✦The first payment is non-refundable and secures your place in the work queue.REVISIONS
✦You have the right of 3 free revisions/changes during sketch phase (mistakes on my part, resulting from missing details in the references/design, will be rectified at no additional cost and will not count toward the revision limit).
✦An extra free will be charged for each revision depending on the complexity.
✦Hard edits after sketch completed will have a fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦Please understand that I work in the order of the slots list, so I kindly request your patience.
✦The estimated turnaround time is approximately 4-5 weeks to 2-3 months depending on the commission type and slots ahead of your commission, unless rush fee is paid.
✦If you require a specific deadline, a rush fee will be applied. Please inform me of this in advance.USE
✦Please, refrain from modifying, copying, tracing, using it as a base, or engaging in any form of plagiarism.
✦The commissioned content (including sketches, drafts, and final artwork) is strictly prohibited from being used in any AI systems, including but not limited to image generation, text generation, data training, machine learning models, or any similar technologies. Use of the commissioned content for AI purposes is only permitted with prior written agreement and the payment of an additional licensing fee of $20,000 USD :333The commissioner is permitted to use the artwork for any non-commercial purposes, which include:
✦Posting it anywhere as long as it remains non-commercial propouse.
✦Using it as a signature/avatar/etc. for your personal, non-profit accounts.
✦Printing it on merchandise for personal use only.Commercial usage is divided into two types:
✦Type 1: Additional 100% of the final price. This covers usage for promotional art, streaming assets, YouTube, Twitch, and similar platforms.
✦Type 2: Additional 200% of the final price. This covers usage for physical merchandise, including prints, charms, postcards, and so on.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦I will always be recognized as the original creator of the art piece. I have full rights over my artwork, meaning I am allowed to share it on my social media platforms.
✦I am entitled to sign and/or watermark my own work.
✦NFT or use the artwork for AI programs are strictly forbidden.REFUNDS
✦I keep 10% of the total price if the work has not started yet. If I have already started it, I keep 50%.
✦I will not refund if the artwork is completed.COMMUNICATION

✦The final product will be delivered as a digital file only.
