You are allowed to share the artwork on your social media platforms. If you decide to post the artwork on your social media, please provide credit to me.

I will always be recognized as the original creator of the art piece. I have full rights over my artwork, meaning I am allowed to share it on my social media platforms. I am entitled to sign and/or watermark my own work.

I reserve the right to livestream and record the process of creating the artwork, unless a privacy fee is paid.

NFT or use the artwork for AI programs are strictly forbidden.

Payment will be made through Paypal in USD.

Work begins only after payment is received, and the client agrees to the Terms of Service.

Commissions under $100 usd must all be paid in full upfront.

Private commissions always come with a fee. If you do not wish for your commission to be shared, a privacy fee (20%+ of the base price) will be applied.

Hard edits after 50% completed: +$5 for each edit.

You reserve the right to decline any commission request without a fee if the artwork hasn't started.

If you cancel your commissions during sketch phase, I will refund 75% of original price.

If you cancel your commissions after the artwork is 50% completed, I will refund 20% of original price.

I will not refund if the artwork is completed.

Please understand that I work in the order of the slots list, so I kindly request your patience.

The estimated turnaround time (TAT) is approximately 1 to 4 weeks. For complex requests or VTubers, it may take up 4 to 8 weeks.

If you require a specific deadline, a rush fee will be applied. Please inform me of this in advance.

I will accommodate up to 2 minor revisions or changes during the sketch phase.

Mistakes on my part, resulting from missing details in the references/design, will be rectified at no additional cost and will not count towards the revision limit.

Should you require additional revisions beyond this limit, an extra fee will be charged for each revision, depending on the complexity.

After you have approved the sketch, I will only provide a 5 work-in-progress (WIP) updates during the commission process.

Posting it elsewhere as long as it remains non-commercial.

Using it as a signature/avatar/etc. for your personal, non-profit accounts.

Printing it on merchandise for personal use only.

Type 1: Additional 100% of the final price. This covers usage for promotional art, streaming assets, YouTube, Twitch, and similar platforms.

Type 2: Additional 200% of the final price. This covers usage for physical merchandise, including prints, charms, postcards, and so on.

The final product will be delivered as a digital file only.

I do not send PSD file, only finished artwork unless it’s a finished Vtuber art model.

You are responsible for saving the final work, as I may delete the file after a period of 1 month from the delivery date.
